    Ingredients-

    1. 8-10 cubes of ice

    5. 2 pinch of cinnamon powder
    6. 1 cup of coffee

    Method-

    1. Add 2 cups of milk, 4-5 cubes of ice, 1 sachet of Meal in One- chocolate flavour, 1-2 drops of vanilla extract, 2 pinch of cinnamon powder and blend well.
    2. Mix 1 cup of coffee and ice for a slushier shake.

    Ingredients-

    1. Health Nut’s Meal in One- Coffee Flavour
    2. 1 Banana
    3. 1-2 pinch of cinnamon powder
    4. 4-5 drops of vanilla essence
    5. 400 ml of water.

    Method-

    1. Add 1 sachet of Meal in One- Coffee flavour, one frozen banana, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence and 400ml of water in a blender.
    2. Run the blender from low to high for 3-4 minutes or until everything mixes well.
    3. The consistency can be adjusted by decreasing and increasing the amount of water between 300-400ml.
    4. Garnish it with crushed cashew.

    3. Tomato (chopped)- 64g
    4. Onion (chopped)- 43g
    5. Black pepper powder- 28g
    6. Lemon Juice- 14g
    7. Coriander leaves- 28g
    8. Pink salt to taste

    Method-

    1. Add 1 packet of Health Nut’s Soya Splits (Mint & Lime), Chopped tomatoes, onion and diced tofu/paneer, black pepper powder, lemon juice & pink salt in a bowl.
